Saturday, November 2nd (Los Angeles, CA) – American painter Amy Sherald appeared in Schiaparelli Ready-to-Wear Fall Winter 2024/25, designed by Daniel Roseberry, to the 2024 LACMA Art and Film Gala.
Amy Sherald wore a shawl-collared long-sleeved bodysuit in ecru crepe jersey, enhanced with dropped shoulders and a vertiginous neckline. Long flowing skirt in black compact jersey adorned with tonal asymmetric cut-outs and golden piercings. Asymmetrical earrings with golden brass beans and cultured pearls with rhinestone piercing on one side. Black waist-belt in black calfskin leather, fastening with a large golden cookie-dough buckle and golden eyelets. Heeled sandals in black leather decorated with a contrasting gold metal Measuring Tape embroidery.
